Bruce Brown - Chief Scientist.  Bruce has over 30 years of experience in hardware and software engineering in the information technology industry. He has had executive-level management experience with various technology companies and research institutions including Oracle, Wang and Lawrence Livermore National Labs. Bruce was a founder and served as CTO and Chief Scientist at DigitalBridge, NxLight and iLumin, privately-held companies with industry-leading technology and applications for digital signatures and enforceable electronic transactions. Prior to that, he was Vice-president of R&D with Folio Corporation, Director of the Multi-Media SBU at Oracle, and held various management positions at Wang. Dr. Brown has six software patents issued, with several others pending.  He has been a speaker at numerous industry conferences, author of 34 published papers, and served on the Board of Directors of SGML Open (now OASIS) for five years. He holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
